Suffering from Diseases:-
These days we all are suffering from many diseases like Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, Gallbladder disease, Respiratory problem, Osteoarthritis, Sleep apnea e.t.c. ,
“According to WHO, About 422 million people worldwide have diabetes, the majority living in low-and middle-income countries, and 1.6 million deaths are directly attributed to diabetes each year. Both the number of cases and the prevalence of diabetes have been steadily increasing over the past few decades.“
Differences between General fitness & Bodybuilding :-
General fitness, mean we doing exercise overall body to become fit. And Bodybuilding means, Hypertrophy of massive muscle mass for existing on stage. Because on stage lots of bodybuilder come from across the country or States.
How much exercise need to do in a day:-
If you are in office work, you need to do exercise for at least 45 min. to 60 min. of daily exercise, and if you doing physical activity work more than 2,3 hour in a day you don’t need to do exercise if you do it it’s good. And also if you quarantine yourself at home due to a lockdown You must exercise daily for at least 1 hour. You can exercise anywhere Gym, home, park e.t.c.
*Keep in mind we should exercise the overall body, cardio, strength, stretching.
Healthy food:-
We should avoid junk food, drink, sugar and fast-absorbing carbohydrates like boil rice, Potato, e.t.c. we needed to eat green vegetables, salads, whole grains, high-quality protein (meat, beef, pork, chicken, eggs and paneer e.t.c )
